ClinicalTools.io provides web-based tools for healthcare professionals, including an eForm Editor for OSCAR and JUNO EMR systems, report generation tools, and related utilities.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicalTools.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
